Where Clouds Hug the Mountains

“Papa!” The kids squealed in delight. “We are driving into the clouds.” And they proceeded to wind down the car windows to ‘touch’ the clouds, willing the clouds to come closer. The clouds obliged and wafted gently into the car enveloping us in a fine mist. It was so cool and refreshing.(Fortunately the mist was not too thick that we could not see the road.) It was one of those special moments that one won’t forget in a hurry.
The Flying TOLs of Cameron Highlands

Anyone applying for new TOL’s will be politely reminded of this “decree”. Even Menteri Besar Adnan Yaakob will use this to defend the state government whenever called upon by the media to explain illegal land clearing.” We have not issued any new TOLs since 2008.”
Mockery – Gerai in TNB Sub-station!
Even the foreigners know that in CH semua boleh!
What a mockery to enforcement in CH….. A food stall is being built inside TNB sub station in Sg. Ruil Golden Hills project. The second photo shows living quaters also built inside this sub station which displays a clear sign “NO ENTRY” and yet a visit to this site showed foreigners are setting up this stall.

What a mockery to enforcement in Cameron Highlands. The red sign that is supposed to stop illegal encroachment…
Is this notice put here by PTDCH just for show or in other words to say money has changed hands. So do not disturb saya under “protection”
This is Prof Maketab’s favourite pic “I like this very much, Ramakrishnan Ramasamy! The perpetrator temporarily removed the sign until the concrete was applied and then he requested his workers to put back the sign at the original location? That is really a mockery to the authorities!”
